How it works

A plan that fits your plate.

  1. 01

    Tell it your goal

Age, height, weight and the pace you want. You get a safe daily calorie target and a goal date.

  2. 02

    Log what you eat

Tap a recent food, scan a barcode or snap a photo. Copy yesterday's meal or add one more serving in a tap.

  3. 03

    Watch it adapt

After about two weeks of logs and weigh-ins, the plan learns how much you really burn and suggests a better target.

Features

Made for how we eat

Logging in seconds

Recent, frequent and favourite foods, one-tap +1 serving, quick add, copy yesterday and undo.

Food you actually eat

About 130 built-in foods with gram weights, including roti, daal, biryani, karahi, nihari and chai.

Barcode scanner

Scan a packet once and it's saved on your phone, so it works offline next time.

AI food photos

Snap your plate and get the dish, grams, calories and macros. You always review the result before it's logged.

A plan that learns

A safe calorie floor, a weekly pace capped at about 1% of body weight, and adaptive estimates from your real progress.

Progress you can see

Smoothed weight trend, 7, 30 and 90 day charts, water tracking and meal reminders. English and Urdu, light and dark.

Private by design

Your food diary stays yours

Your profile, diary, weights and water are stored on your phone. Cloud backup, AI photos, analytics and crash reports are optional, and you can turn them off or delete everything at any time.

Questions

Do I need an account?+

No. Everything except cloud backup and AI food photos works without signing in, and your diary stays on your phone.

Where do my food photos go?+

Only when you use AI photos: the photo goes to our backend, which asks Anthropic's Claude to identify the food, then returns the result. Photos are not stored. You can also add your own Anthropic key, in which case the photo goes straight from your phone to Anthropic.

Is it free?+

Yes. There are no ads and no in-app purchases. AI photo analysis has a fair-use limit of 10 photos a day.

Can I get my data out?+

Yes. Export everything as a JSON backup or your diary as a CSV file at any time, and erase all data from Settings.

Does it work in Urdu?+

Yes. The app is available in English and Urdu, with a right-to-left layout for Urdu.
